Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with HilariAwesome, you must contact customer support by email (systemcomic@gmail.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Customers may exchange T-Shirts for shirts in the same style and a different size (see EXCHANGE POLICY - T-SHIRTS, below) but original art and prints are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, once shipped.

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks. Original art is "in-stock" if it is shown on the website, but must be prepared separate from your other item(s) and will be shipped within two (2) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.

Shipping Policy for In-Stock Items

All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) of your payment. We can not, currently, provide an email notification when your order is shipped, but items marked as "in-stock" will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.

Return Policy - T-Shirts, Prints

Defective merchandise will be replaced by NEW, non-defective merchandise of the same size/style as the defective merchandise, shipped via First Class Mail (USA) or Airmail (outside of USA) at HilariAwesome's cost. If you receive defective t-shirts or prints from HilariAwesome, contact systemcomic@gmail.com via email with the subject "HilariAwesome Defective Merchandise".

HilariAwesome does not provide refunds for merchandise received by the customer in acceptable condition. Please see "NO REFUNDS", below, for the details of our no refunds policy.

Exchange Policy - T-Shirts

HilariAwesome customers may exchange any number of T-Shirts for replacement T-Shirts in the same style, and a different size. T-Shirts returned to HilariAwesome for an EXCHANGE must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and free of dust, dirt, hair, and odor. To arrange an exchange of your t-shirts, please contact systemcomic@gmail.com with the e-mail subject "HilariAwesome Exchange", and include your full mailing address along with the sizes/styles of both the original purchase and the shirt(s) you wish to receive in exchange.

HilariAwesome reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the original shirts are returned in washed or worn condition, or if the shirts contain dust, dirt, animal or human hair, or have an objectionable odor. If you plan to exchange your shirts, keep them in a clean area, and contact HilariAwesome for exchange instructions as soon as possible.

By placing a T-Shirt order with HilariAwesome, you are confirming that you have read and understand our EXCHANGE POLICY.

Exchange Policy - Prints

HilariAwesome does not provide for exchanges of prints. As shown in the RETURN POLICY above, if defective prints are received by the customer, HilariAwesome will replace the defective prints at no cost, and ship the replacements via First Class Mail (USA) or Airmail (outside of USA.)

No Refunds

There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by HilariAwesome is sold as-is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with HilariAwesome, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

HilariAwesome customers may exchange one size of t-shirt for another at no cost, as shown in the EXCHANGE POLICY - T-SHIRTS, above.

No Return/No Exchange Policy - Original Art

All merchandise sold in the "Original Art" section of the store is sold as-is, without any guarantee. By purchasing an "Original Art" item from HilariAwesome, you are confirming that you have read and understand our Original Art *no return/exchange* policy.

No Warranty Policy

Products sold by HilariAwesome are not under warranty. Customer accepts all responsibility for merchandise received by HilariAwesome in NEW, NON-DEFECTIVE condition. HilariAwesome will replace defective merchandise at HilariAwesome's cost, but no warranty is expressed or implied for the condition or utility of any merchandise once it is received by the customer in new, non-defective condition. By placing an order with HilariAwesome, you are confirming that you have read and understand our No Warranty policy.
